My name is Jeff Skelton, President of Skelton Heating & Air, Inc. Skelton Heating & Air is a Tracy, California based HVAC and sheet metal contractor. We have been a locally owned, family operated business since 1987. We offer design build capabilities for both light commercial and residential projects.  We also have the capabilities to fabricate and install all aspects of HVAC and sheet metal for hotels, light industrial, commercial, retail, apartments, residential new construction, and residential retro fit.

Skelton Heating & Air utilizes the latest technology with our design build capabilities to provide the customer with the right product for their project. Our technicians are trained on the latest techniques and service practices.
